A dedicated 2h space designed for women seeking a deeper connection to their pelvic bowl.
This immersive session begins with a grounding meditation to settle the nervous system and create a sense of inner spaciousness. From there, we move into a gentle sharing circle that offers space for reflection, community, and supportive connection.
The main practice focuses on liberating the pelvic bowl from the outside in. Through conscious breathwork, fascia-based release techniques, and skillful pelvic floor activation and relaxation, we explore how tension patterns in the hips, belly, and lower back influence the deeper layers of the pelvic floor. You will learn accessible techniques to awaken suppleness, stability, and awareness in this vital center.
