This class focuses on recharging your energy while bringing a sense of calm. You will leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and ready to take on the rest of your week with a renewed spirit. Start your morning with a 60-minute Vinyasa Flow designed to awaken your body and mind. The class begins with Pranayama and a gentle warm-up, followed by variations of Surya Namaskara to energize and slowly wake up your body. As we move through dynamic sequences, you’ll build strength, resilience, and balance. We end with a grounding Savasana to leave you centered and refreshed. This flow is the perfect way to release stress, reconnect with yourself, and step into the day with a clear, peaceful mind. Suitable for all levels.

Unwind and recharge with this 75-minute evening Vinyasa flow designed to help you release tension and find balance. We’ll begin with mindful breathwork and gentle stretches, moving into dynamic flows to release any stress held in the body. The practice includes deep stretches to promote flexibility and relaxation, leading to a calming meditation at the end. Leave feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and ready for a restful evening. Suitable for all levels.
