Hi, I’m Alice, a yoga teacher, fitness trainer, nutrition coach and Reiki practitioner. Before I found my path in holistic health, I spent several years working in the fashion industry. It was an exciting time, but also extremely intense, and at some point I realized how disconnected I had become from myself. Yoga started out as a way for me to balance out the stress but slowly, it became my anchor. The place where I could regulate my nervous system, heal, soften, and come back home to myself.The shift I experienced through yoga and holistic practices was so powerful that I decided to dedicate myself to movement, wellness and healing to share my knowledge with others. Today, I combine everything I’ve learned: mindful movement, functional fitness, breathwork, energy work and nutrition. My intention is to guide people back into their bodies, help them release tension, build strength, and reconnect with clarity, softness and inner balance.I teach Vinyasa, Hatha, (from smooth, creative flows to strong, energetic and dynamic sequences) and Yin Yoga for deep release and relaxation. My classes often blend grounding awareness with physical intensity, and I also incorporate Reiki to support energetic balance and emotional wellbeing. 🦋
