I have been practicing meditation and yoga for over 6 years. One of the greatest insights I’ve gained is this: when you feel stressed and overwhelmed, and it seems like you can’t spare a moment for your practice— that’s exactly when you need it most. It’s this balance between inner stillness and the demands of daily life that I hope to help others discover through my classes. My teaching philosophy centers on helping students find more peace, connection, and calm, leaving them feeling centered and refreshed. This aligns perfectly with the studio’s vision of cultivating peace, and I’m excited to support that mission while sharing this practice with our community.
