My yoga journey began several years ago in Mexico and eventually brought me back to Berlin, where I discovered Jivamukti Yoga. From the very first moment, I felt deeply at home in this method and its philosophy. In December 2024, I completed the 75-hour Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior training at Peace Yoga Berlin, and in February 2025, I graduated from the 300-hour Jivamukti Teacher Training at the Govardhan Eco Village in India. To continue expanding my knowledge, I attended a four-day workshop in May 2025 focused on Pranayama and Spiritual Talks. Music also plays an important role in my practice and teaching, I love playing the harmonium and usually begin my classes with chanting, creating a space of devotion and presence. Since early childhood I have been vegetarian and, from my teenage years onward, vegan. The Jivamukti philosophy, which embraces compassion for all beings as a path to enlightenment, reflects my own values and way of life. Through my teaching, I aim to share this sense of connection and to inspire students to experience yoga not only on the mat but also as a way of living with awareness, empathy, and clarity.
