Female Pelvic Floor – Creative Session
08.03.2026 – 14:45h - 16:15h
An invitation to meet creativity at its source.
For many of us, creativity has learned to wait for permission, from productivity, recognition, usefulness, or approval. Over time, this conditions the body to associate expression with effort, performance, or outcome, rather than with truth and presence.
Creativity doesn’t begin in the outer world. It begins internally.
The pelvic bowl holds some of our earliest experiences of safety, belonging and self-trust. It is also a centre of creative potential, in the sense of allowing something authentic to arise. When this area is met with awareness, creativity can soften back into something lived, rather than evaluated.
In this session, we explore creativity as a bodily experience. Through grounding, gentle breath, guided visualization and pelvic floor awareness, we create the conditions for listening inwardly. Journaling and sketching then become a way of giving form to what has been sensed, without pressure, interpretation or judgment.
You don’t need to identify as creative.
You don’t need prior experience.
Only a willingness to slow down and meet what is already there.
You are invited to bring a journal and, if you wish, a sketchbook and colors.
The session takes place on March 8th, a moment to reconnect with creativity as something embodied and worthy of space.
